Held during the afternoon of Sunday, July 24, we are featuring some of our most sought-after classes taught by Keane's most knowledgeable consultants. Class sizes are limited and sessions tend to fill up quickly, so make sure to reserve right away.

Automate your Coordination of Benefits billing. Eliminate manual patient to patient linking to meet 24 and 72 hour combining requirements. Split bill processing, manager your receivables more efficiently with separate accounts numbers for institutional and professional billing. Who Should Attend? RCM analysts and management Lab and Pharmacy Query using eCQ This course is designed for people who want to better understand how the pharmacy and lab databases work and improve their query writing skills. We will cover file structure and content, as well as basic techniques for getting the information you need. Who Should Attend? Department heads, clinicians, and clinical analysts eCQ 201: Advanced eCQ Webreporting and Optimum Dashboard This four hour training session will teach eCQ power users how to utilize their existing eCQ report development skills for building and presenting their data in Webreporting and the Optimum Dashboard. Contained in the course will be instruction on building data extracts, designing-browser based reports, and adding hyperlinks for interactive drilling. Additional attention will be paid to building data file relationships and linking multiple databases for reporting purposes. You will then learn how to create your own Optimum Dashboard views through the skills already learned in this class and the use of the eCQ dashboard designer. The techniques presented will be applicable for all Keane applications, platforms and databases. Who Should Attend? Those users that have been in a basic eCQ class and have some knowledge of standard eCQ script writing. Long-Term Care ClassesKNS AR Refresher You can get the bills out, but you're aware that there is much more to KNS than you use. This session is for people who have used KNS AR for less than two years, or weren't trained by Keane staff at the original installation. You will learn what how to generate and use popular reports, why some valuable features are commonly overlooked, and how to use recent enhancements like MSP, No Pay, etc. KNS MDS 3.0 Top-to-Bottom You can get the assessment completed and submitted, but you're aware that there is much more to KNS MDS than you use? This session is for anyone who is still a little unsure of MDS 3.0 and whether they are using KNS to the fullest. Topics to be covered include what the MDS is, ways to help insure accuracy, what forms are used and when, entry and discharge tracking, 672/802, the care area assessment process (CAA) and error correction. Business Continuity: What's your Disaster Recovery plan? What would you do if the lights went out for three days? This session focuses on the need to have a plan for unexpected disruptions to your business. The session is split into two with the first half focusing on developing your business continuity plan using best practices. This is followed by a discussion on how to leverage technology and documented procedures to be ready for the unexpected. If you don't already have your disaster recovery plan in place, or want to compare yours to best practices, this is the session for you. |
